הסכמה
תנאי שימוש אלה חלים על אפליקציית Keel. השימוש ב-Keel מהווה הסכמה להם. ההורדה והשימוש כפופים גם להסכם הרישיון הסטנדרטי של Apple למשתמש קצה (EULA); ככל שתנאים אלה מוסיפים עליו, שניהם חלים.
Keel אינה מכשיר רפואי
Keel היא כלי כללי למעקב אישי ואורח חיים בריא (wellness). היא מיועדת למטרות מידע והעשרה בלבד. היא אינה מספקת ייעוץ רפואי, אבחון או טיפול, אינה מכשיר רפואי, ואינה תחליף לייעוץ של רופא, דיאטן או איש מקצוע מוסמך אחר. השימוש ב-Keel אינו יוצר יחסי מטפל–מטופל. התייעצו תמיד עם איש מקצוע לפני תחילת תוכנית ירידה במשקל או תוכנית אימונים, במיוחד בהיריון או הנקה, במצב רפואי כלשהו (כולל סוכרת או מחלת כליות), בנטילת תרופות, או אם יש היסטוריה של הפרעת אכילה. במצב חירום רפואי פנו מיד לשירותי החירום.
יעדי הקלוריות הם הערכות
יעדי הקלוריות והחלבון ב-Keel הם הערכות סטטיסטיות, המבוססות על נוסחאות שפורסמו במחקר ועל התיעוד שלכם. צרכים אישיים משתנים מאדם לאדם. Keel מפעילה בכוונה רצפות בטיחות ומציעה למשתמשים מתחת לגיל 18 יעדי שימור בלבד, אבל שום כלל אוטומטי אינו מחליף שיקול דעת מקצועי. האחריות להחלטות התזונה נשארת שלכם.
מי רשאי להשתמש
Keel מיועדת לגילאי 13 ומעלה. מתחת לגיל 18 Keel תציע יעדי שימור בלבד; כל תוכנית ירידה במשקל לקטין חייבת ליווי של רופא או דיאטן.
דיוק נתוני התזונה
ערכי התזונה ב-Keel מגיעים ממאגר מובנה של ערכים מקורבים למזונות נפוצים, מנתונים שאתם מזינים, ומ-Open Food Facts — מאגר שיתופי שמתוחזק על ידי מתנדבים. בכל אלה ייתכנו טעויות או נתונים לא מעודכנים, ו-Open Food Facts עצמה מצהירה שאין להשתמש בנתוניה למטרות רפואיות. בדקו תמיד את התווית של המוצר עצמו, במיוחד לגבי אלרגנים, ש-Keel אינה עוקבת אחריהם.
רישיון ושימוש מותר
אנו מעניקים לכם רישיון אישי, לא עביר ולא בלעדי, להשתמש ב-Keel במכשירי Apple שבבעלותכם או בשליטתכם, כפי שמתירים תנאי ה-App Store. אין להעתיק את האפליקציה מחוץ ל-App Store, לבצע הנדסה לאחור אלא במידה שהדין מתיר, או להשתמש בה באופן בלתי חוקי.
היעדר אחריות והגבלת אחריות
Keel מסופקת כמות שהיא ("as is") ובכפוף לזמינות, ללא אחריות מכל סוג, במידה המרבית המותרת בדין. באותה מידה, לא נהיה אחראים לנזקים עקיפים, נלווים או תוצאתיים, או לאובדן נתונים, הנובעים מהשימוש באפליקציה; ומקום שבו לא ניתן לשלול אחריות, היא מוגבלת לסכום ששילמתם עבור האפליקציה בשנים-עשר החודשים שקדמו לטענה. אין בתנאים אלה כדי להגביל אחריות שאינה ניתנת להגבלה על פי דין, ואין בהם כדי לגרוע מזכויות צרכן קוגנטיות המוקנות לכם לפי דיני מדינת מגוריכם, לרבות בישראל ובאיחוד האירופי.
המידע שלכם
המידע שלכם נשאר במכשיר, כמתואר במדיניות הפרטיות. הקפידו לגבות את המכשיר: אם המכשיר אבד ואין גיבוי, לא נוכל — לא אנחנו ולא אף גורם אחר — לשחזר את נתוני Keel שלכם.
תוכן של צדדים שלישיים
נתוני מזון מ-Open Food Facts משמשים לפי רישיון Open Database License (ODbL) ורישיון Database Contents License (DbCL). פירוט וייחוס נמצאים במסך "מקורות נתונים ורישיונות".
שינויים וסיום
אנו עשויים לעדכן את האפליקציה ואת התנאים; שינוי מהותי יוצג באפליקציה או בהערות העדכון בחנות. תוכלו להפסיק את השימוש בכל עת על ידי מחיקת האפליקציה.
שבוע חינם ורכישה
ההורדה של Keel חינמית, והאפליקציה שמישה במלואה במשך 7 ימים מההפעלה הראשונה. לאחר מכן המשך השימוש מחייב רכישה חד-פעמית אחת בתוך האפליקציה (ללא מנוי), דרך ה-App Store של Apple ובמחיר המוצג באפליקציה. הרכישה קשורה ל-Apple ID שלכם וניתן לשחזר אותה במכשירי iPhone אחרים שלכם. תשלומים, החזרים וקבלות מטופלים על ידי Apple לפי תנאי ה-App Store; איננו יכולים לבצע החזרים בעצמנו. הנתונים שתיעדתם נשארים במכשיר בין אם רכשתם ובין אם לא.
זיהוי ארוחה מצילום
זיהוי מזון מתמונה הוא הערכה אוטומטית: הוא עלול לטעות בזיהוי המנה או בכמות, והוא מוגבל למספר צילומים ביום המוצג באפליקציה. בדקו תמיד את הרשימה לפני השמירה. התכונה תלויה בחיבור לאינטרנט ובשירות AI של צד שלישי, וייתכן שתשתנה, תוגבל או תופסק אם השירות ישתנה.
דין חל
על תנאים אלה יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל, מבלי לגרוע מהגנות צרכן קוגנטיות של מדינת מגוריכם. מחלוקת שלא תיושב בהסכמה תובא לבתי המשפט המוסמכים, בכפוף לאותן הגנות.

Agreement
These Terms of Use apply to the Keel app. By using Keel you agree to them. Your download and use of the app are also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA); where these terms add to it, both apply.
Keel is not a medical device
Keel is a general wellness and self-tracking tool. It is intended for informational and educational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, is not a medical device, and is not a substitute for advice from a physician, dietitian or other qualified health professional. Using Keel does not create any clinician–patient relationship. Always consult a health professional before starting a weight-loss plan or exercise program, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have any medical condition (including diabetes or kidney disease), take medication, or have a history of an eating disorder. If you experience a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
Calorie targets are estimates
Calorie and protein targets in Keel are statistical estimates, based on published equations and on your own logs. Individual needs vary. Keel deliberately applies safety floors and offers only maintenance targets to users under 18, but no automatic rule replaces professional judgment. You remain responsible for deciding what and how much to eat.
Who may use Keel
Keel is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, Keel will only propose maintenance-level targets; any weight-loss plan for a minor must be supervised by a doctor or dietitian.
Accuracy of nutrition data
Nutrition values in Keel come from a built-in database of approximate values for common foods, from data you enter, and from Open Food Facts, a crowd-sourced database maintained by volunteers. All of these can contain errors or be out of date, and Open Food Facts itself states that its data must not be used for medical purposes. Always check the label of the actual product, particularly for allergens, which Keel does not track.
License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Keel on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. You may not copy the app outside the App Store, reverse-engineer it except where the law permits, or use it in any unlawful way.
No warranty; limitation of liability
Keel is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from use of the app; where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them reduces mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence, including in the European Union and Israel.
Free week and purchase
Keel is free to download and fully usable for 7 days from first launch. After that, continued use requires a single one-time in-app purchase (no subscription), made through Apple's App Store at the price shown in the app. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your other iPhones. Payments, refunds and receipts are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue refunds ourselves. Your logged data stays on your device whether or not you purchase.
Meal photo recognition
Food recognition from photos is an automated estimate: it can misidentify a dish or its amount, and it is limited to a number of photos per day shown in the app. Always check the list before saving it. The feature depends on an internet connection and on a third-party AI service, and may be changed, limited or withdrawn if that service changes.
Your data
Your data stays on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy. Back up your device regularly: if your device is lost and no backup exists, your Keel data cannot be recovered by us or by anyone else.
Third-party content
Food data from Open Food Facts is used under the Open Database License (ODbL) and Database Contents License (DbCL). Details and attribution are in the Data Sources & Licenses screen.
Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be shown in the app or in the App Store update notes. You can stop using Keel at any time by deleting the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts, subject to those mandatory protections.
